Failure to do so shall render subdivision approval null <br />and void. The applicant shall submit proof of recordation to the City of Mounds <br />View. No building permits shall be issued until proof of recordation is provided. <br /> <br />4. Each dwelling unit shall have separate utility services. The applicant shall submit a <br />utility plan to the Public Works Department before requesting permits. <br /> <br />5. Each resulting dwelling unit shall meet existing building codes. <br /> <br />6.
