<br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 721-03 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A DEVELOPMENT REVIEW <br />REQUEST FOR A 780 SQUARE FOOT EXPANSION OF THE BUSINESS LOCATED <br />AT 2865 COUNTY HIGHWAY 10; <br />PLANNING CASE NO. DE03-001. <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Applicant, Greg Johnson, property o wner of 2865 County Highway <br />10 has requested approval of a Development Review to construct a 780 square-foot <br />expansion to his business; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is zoned R-O, Residential Office, and is legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Subject to Highway, Lot 49, Auditor’s Subdivision 89, <br />Ramsey County <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, according to Section 1006.06 of the Mounds View Municipal Code, any <br />new construction or expansion of existing facilities of ten percent or more of the building <br />area requires the approval of a development review; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the following documents <br />regarding this proposal: <br /> <br />a. Planning Application <br />b. Building Permit Application <br />b. Zoning Map <br />c. Site Plan <br />d. Elevation Drawing <br />e. Floor Plan <br />f. Staff Report <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed development satisfies all applicable requirements of the <br />Zoning Code; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS , the site plan indicate s that the proposed addition would be 20 feet by <br />39 feet with a footprint of 780 square fe et. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission, finding that all of the requirements have been met, does hereby recommend <br />that the City Council approve the development review request for the construction of a 780 <br />square foot addition to the existing business facility located at 2865 County Highway 10.
