Consideration of Development Review Requests Regarding Properties Located at 2436 and 2442 Highway 10 Community Development Director Ericson indicated that all changes that had been recommended by Staff and the Planning Commission at the previous meeting had been addressed by the developer. Most importantly, the parking has been changed to include 10 additional stalls. Director Ericson indicated there are still some items requiring attention such as a snow storage plan, garbage enclosure, signage, and wetland delineation. Director Ericson recommended approval of Resolution 728-03 recommending approval of the development plan. He then read the stipulations set forth in the Resolution. Commissioner Zwirn asked whether the tenants would still be primarily medical providers. Mr. Humason indicated the tenants have not been formalized and he cannot guarantee that but the target is medical. Chair Stevenson asked how many more spaces than is required are being provided. Director Ericson indicated that either four or six extra spaces are being provided over and above what the City’s Code requires. Director Ericson indicated the City Council approved the PUD amendment for office use at the corner. MOTION/SECOND: Stevenson/Johnson. To Approve Resolution 728-03, a Resolution Recommending Approval of a Development Review for Properties Located at 2436 and 2442 County Highway 10.
