A. Dist. (dba Coronado Stone) - New Mayor Linke asked if there were any items the Council desired removed from the Consent Agenda. There were none. Councilmember Blanchard asked if Auto Central had changed ownership again. Orduno explained that it had, in fact, changed ownership; one of the partners had bought out the other partner. Orduno said the City Staff would be meeting with the owner in the near future to discuss the restrictions regarding the site plan and how many cars • will be allowed on the site. MOTION/SECOND: Trude/Blanchard to Adopt the Consent Agenda as Presented VOTE: 4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried RESIDENTS REQUESTS AND COMMENTS FROM THE FLOOR: Mayor Linke explained that this portion of the meeting was designated for anyone who wished to speak to the Council on items that were not on the Agenda. Roy Carlson, a match maker for Maxx Pro Boxing Productions, reported that his purpose at the meeting, along with James Glancey, President, was to request the City Council to approve Resolution No. 4704, a Resolution Approving the Maxx Pro Boxing Events at the Bel-Rae Ballroom for March 17, April 19 and May 19, 1995. He cited the word "amateur" should be changed to "professional" on the Resolution. Mr. Carlson explained that similar events have been conducted in the past with no problems. He stated that the dates of the events were satisfactory to the Police Lieutenant, who will arrange to have officers present. Mr. Carlson summarized the conditions of Resolution No. 4704 specifying that Items 1 and 2 were in progress and affirmed that Items 3 through 6 would also be . abided by.
