Mounds View City Council Page 7 <br />Regular Meeting June 26, 1995 <br />approval be given contingent upon successful approval of <br />reinspection in July, 1995, by the Fire Department of several minor <br />Code violations. <br />Ms. Orduno also advised a petition was received from neighbors <br />asserting there has been an increase in traffic, noise, etc. She <br />pointed out the residents are not asking for denial of the renewal, <br />but that the owner be made aware of these concerns and attempt to <br />resolve them. <br />Ms. Orduno explained a similar situation existed two years ago and <br />the license was approved contingent upon staff meeting with the <br />owner and residents to work out details to resolve the concerns. <br />Mayor Linke requested staff so notify the owner of Robert's Off 10. <br />Mayor Linke closed the public hearing at 7:11 p.m. <br />MOTIONJSECOND: Quick/Blanchard to Approve On-Sale Intoxicating <br />Liquor License for Robert's Off 10, 2400 County Road H2 contingent <br />upon successful approval of reinspection by the Fire Department in <br />July of 1995 and staff meeting with the owner and residents to work <br />out details to resolve concerns addressed on the petition <br />• VOTE: 5 a es 0 na s Motion Carried <br />Y Y <br />To Consider Renewal of On-Sale Wine License for Bel-Rae Ba_1__lroom, <br />5394 Edgewood Drive <br />Mayor Linke opened the public hearing at 7:11 p.m. <br />Samantha Orduno, City Administrator, advised all inspections, and <br />reports from the Police Chief, Utility Department, Fire Department, <br />and Health Department have been completed. She recommended <br />approval be given contingent upon successful approval of <br />reinspection in July, 1995, by the Fire Department of several minor <br />Code violations. <br />Mayor Linke closed the public hearing at 7:11 p.m. <br />MOTION~SECOND: Quick/Blanchard to Approve On-Sale Wine License for <br />Bel-Rae Ballroom, 5394 Edgewood Drive, contingent upon successful <br />approval of reinspection by the Fire Department in July of 1995 <br />VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />To Consider Request for Conditional Use Permit, U.S. West <br />Communications Planing Case No. 417-95, Resolution No. 4787 <br />• Mayor Linke opened the public hearing at 7:12 p.m. <br />
