CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mounds View City Council <br /> will meet on Monday, February 22, 1988 at 7: 05 p.m. at <br /> Mounds View City Hall , 2401 Highway 10, Mounds View, MN <br /> 55112 for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on the <br /> proposal to ammend Chapter 4, Section 4. 02 of the Home Rule <br /> Charter for the City of Mounds View. The proposed amendment <br /> is as follows : <br /> "Section 4. 02 Filing for Office. No earlier than <br /> erty-twe fifty-six days nor later than tweity- <br /> e4ght forty-two days before any municipal election, <br /> any resident of the city qualified under state law <br /> for elective office may by filing an affidavit and <br /> by paying a filing fee to the Clerk-Administrator in <br /> an amount as set by ordinance have his/her name placed <br /> on the municipal election ballot.
