<br />Page 6 <br />December 19, 1995 <br />Mounds View City Council <br />{ <br />~~ <br />Council member Quick stated the City Charter requires that this item be <br />considered at the first meeting of the year, so it cannot be considered until the <br />January 8th meeting. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Linke/Quick to table Item F until the January 8th City <br />Council meeting. <br />VOTE: 4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />I. Licenses for Approval. <br />Mayor Linke stated he asked that this be removed to clarify and make sure <br />that everyone was aware that the council's approval is contingent upon receipt <br />of the proper paperwork and renewal fees by December 22, 1995. <br />• <br />• <br />MOTION/SECOND: Linke/Quick to approve Item I. <br />VOTE: 4 ayes <br />0 nays <br />RESIDENTS REQUESTS AND COMMENTS FROM THE FLOOR: <br />Motion Carried <br />Mayor Linke explained that this portion of the meeting was designated for anyone <br />who wished to speak to the Council on items that were not on the Agenda. There <br />were no comments or requests. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />There were no Public Hearings scheduled for this meeting. <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS: <br />A. Consideration of Introduction of Ordinance No. 570,. Amending Title 1100, <br />"New and Used Automobile Dealerships" . <br />Mr. Harrington explained that during the past year, the Planning Commission and the <br />City Council have looked at new and used automobile dealerships and the regulations <br />that are placed on them by the Municipal Code. After an in-depth study, the Planning <br />Commission and Council have decided to put some regulations on the operations of <br />
