December 19, 1995 <br />Mounds View City Council <br />MOTION/SECOND: Blanchard/Quick to approve the Purchase of an Underground <br />Camera Traction Unit, not to exceed $7,000. <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />D. <br />4 ayes <br />0 nays <br />Motion Carried <br />Consideration of Amendment to Resolution No. 4846, Authorizing the <br />Purchase of Software Upgrades. <br />Mr. Harrington explained that at the November 13, 1995 meeting, Resolution 4846 <br />was passed, authorizing the purchase of computer software upgrades for city <br />personnel. The amount of the upgrades was not to exceed $4,600. He stated the bill <br />for the upgrades came in $320.30 higher than the approved amount due to taxes <br />which were not included in the original invoice as well as the city purchasing an extra <br />set of diskettes to ease the installation process. Therefore, it is necessary to request <br />an amendment to Resolution 4846 to allow the extra expenditure of $320.30. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Trude to Amend Resolution No. 4846, to allow the extra <br />expenditure of $320.30 in software upgrades. <br />VOTE: <br />REPORTS: <br />4 ayes <br />Report of Council members: <br />Quick - no report. <br />Blanchard - no report. <br />Trude - no report <br />0 nays <br />Motion Carried <br />Report of Mayor Linke: Mayor Linke stated it was his pleasure to play Elf with the <br />Lion's Santa.
