Charter Commission Vacancies <br /> As of December 20, 1990, the following people have been appointed <br /> by The Honorable Joanne Smith, Chief Judge of the Ramsey County District <br /> for a 4 year term to expire in November 1994. <br /> 1 . Lloyd Bardwell <br /> 2. Sue Hanimer <br /> 3. David Long <br /> 4. Robert Tobora <br /> 5. Julie Trude <br /> If the appointment is accepted the individual will sign the "Oath and <br /> Acceptance of Appointment" and return it to the Court. <br /> Notices for Charter Commission vacancies have appeared in the Focus, <br /> Bulletin, and the Mounds View City Newsletter. Commission members will also <br /> speak with possible applicants. <br /> IV. Approval of minutes <br /> Motion by J. Linke, seconded by L. Burgers to accept the minutes of <br /> December 14, 1989 as presented. Passed unanimously. <br /> V. Charter History <br /> Vice-Chair E. Trettel asked Duane McCarty, former member of the <br /> Charter Conunission, to give a brief history of the Charter. He gave a <br /> broad outline of how the Charter came into existence. <br />
