Discussion with respect to the County <br />Attorney's actions or lack of action on property thefts. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br />a. May 13, 1996 Regular City Council Meeting. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Trude/Hankner to approve the minutes of the Regular City Council Meeting on May <br />13, 1986, as presented. <br />VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />
