July 29, 1996 Regular City Council Meeting. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Trude to approve the minutes of the July 29, 1996 Regular City Council <br />Meeting as presented in writing. <br />VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />
