It has been a time consuming, laborious and painstaking task thus far, and I sincerely appreciate the energy you have all put into the project. —, Too bad we can't say we are done yet. We have worked through the vast majority of the difficult parts of the charter, however, and have even managed to agree on'some things I;m sure some people never thought we could.
