This ordinance must be <br /> approved by a majority of the registered voters voting on the <br /> ordinance at a general or special election. <br /> Section 11. 05 Notice of Public Hearing. The City .Council <br /> must publish notice of any public hearing required in this Chapter <br /> in at least two places . One notice must be in the official City <br /> newspaper and the other may be in a City newsletter or a City-wide <br /> mailing.
