• • RESOLUTION NO. 5029 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COUNCILMEMBER HANKNER'S LETTER OF <br /> RESIGNATION <br /> Whereas, Councilmember Hankner at the September 23, 1996 Council Meeting <br /> submitted to the City Council and the City Clerk Administrator a written letter resigning from <br /> the City Council; and <br /> Whereas,the City Council approved a Motion accepting Councilmember Hankner's <br /> resignation at the September 23, 1996 Council Meeting. <br /> Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the Mounds View City Council hereby ratifies its <br /> action of September 23, 1996 accepting Councilmember Hankner's resignation by Motion and <br /> hereby accepts Councilmember Hankner's resignation by Resolution. <br /> 111 Adopted this 14th day of October, 1996 <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor Linke <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Clerk Administrator Whiting <br /> • <br />
