Roll Call Present - Leon Burton, Bill Doty, Wm.Laube, Jean Miller, <br /> Julie Olson, Laurie Schley, Roger Stigney, Wm Werner, Diane Wuori <br /> Absent - Rob Marty, Mike McGlone, Richard Oman, Rhonda Smeija,Ruth White <br /> 3 . Excused Absences - R. Marty, R. Oman <br /> 4. Approval of Minutes - Motion by L. Schley, second by B. Doty to approve <br /> the minutes of March 11 , 1999. <br /> MOTION APPROVED 9 ayes , 0 nay <br /> 5. Guest speaker Duke Addicks <br /> Special Counsel & Codification Attorney, League of Minnesota Cities <br /> 6. Other Business - Look at the Commission By-Laws for possible changes. <br /> Mark R. Smieja & R. Oman as unexcused absences for March 11 . <br /> Motion by L. Schley, second by D. Wuori to have the Commission meetings <br /> cable cast beginning in June. <br /> MOTION FAILED 2 ayes , 6 nays <br /> (B.Doty had left the meeting earlier) <br /> 7. Set Date and Agenda for Next Meeting <br /> Next meeting May 13 , 1999 at 7 : 00 p.m. <br /> J. Olson will have the agenda mailed. <br /> 8. Adjournment - Motion by B. Werner, second L.
