Thomas at 7: 03 p.m. at Mounds View City Hall . 2 . Roll Call - Present J. Thomas , B.Doty, R.Stigney, J.Miller, D.Coughlin, D.Freimuth, D.McCarty,W.Mori , M.Sandback, C.Schaefer (7 : 25) , W.Werner,Sr. Absent M.Amirahmadi , B.Jahnke, D. Sach Le, D.Braathen 3 . Approval of minutes and Agenda- Motion B. Doty, second W. Werner to accept the minutes of Aug. 9, 2001 . 8 Ayes , 1 Nay, 1 Abstention Motion D. Coughlin, second W. Mori to accept the agenda and add a discussion of the Charter budget and its oversight . R. Stigney offered a friendly amendment to add the introduction of members . UNANIMOUS APPROVAL 4. Citizens comments from the floor- Naja Werner, 2765 Sherwood Rd . made comments regarding D.Coughlin' s letter to the Focus and the Bulletin. 5 . Reports of Chair- Documents for discussion purposes will be marked "preliminary" or "draft" . When they are approved they will be dated and marked "Approved" and placed in the public book. 6 . Reports of Members - none 41117. finished f ' Un Business - See agenda for Unfinished Business items which were discussed in a Committee of the Whole. Motion D. Coughlin, second D. McCarty to send a recommendation to the City Council requesting and showing support for the revitalization of the Human Rights Commission of Mounds View. UNANIMOUS APPROVAL Added to the agenda was the opportunity for each Commission member to introduce himself/herself . 8. New Business - A discussion of the Charter budget and its oversight was added to the agenda. 9.
