Thomas received a letter from Scott Riggs <br /> at 5 : 30 p.m. today regarding various City of Mounds View Charter <br /> issues . <br /> 6. Reports of members - none <br /> 7 . Unfinished Business - <br /> Discussions as per agenda . No motions were made. <br /> 41" . _ New Business - <br /> Reviewed Charter Commission By-Laws. <br /> Motion R. Stigney, second B. Werner-Those members who have missed <br /> :four consecutive meetings should have their names sent to the <br /> judge for removal as per our by-laws. <br /> UNANIMOUS APPROVAL <br /> 9.
