Page 6 May 12, 1997 Mounds View City Council MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Koopmeiners to Approve Resolution No. 5104, Adopting a Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Medium Density Residential to Mixed Use PUD for Commercial Uses on the ONeil Properly, 2430 Highway 10. ROLL CALL VOTE: Mayor McCarty aye Council member Koopmeiners aye Council member Trude aye Council member Stigney aye Council member Quick aye Motion Carried (5-0) A. Consideration of Resolution Na 5119, Approving a General Concept Plan for the O'Neil Property to Allow Development of Commercial Uses, 2430 Highway 10. Ms. Sheldon noted that this Resolution will indicate the Council's approval of the general layout of the . development. This resolution will also approve the stipulations in Exhibit 1. She asked that the following changes be made to Resolution No. 5119. The final paragraph should be changed to read as follows: NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does hereby approve the general concept plan for the ONeil Property prepared by HLM Archit~ts and dated 2!1/97, subject to the stipulations contained in Exhibit 1, and to the requirement that approval be obtained for a development stage plan and final plan as provided in Section 1120.04, Subd. 3 and Subd. 4 of the Mounds View Municipal Code, and with the following corrections to the general concept plan diagram: 1. make ParceLrA and B as restaurantsites; 2. remove the driveways of the North and South end of the site on Highway 10; 3 mark the driveway at the center as right in/right out; and 4. remove the reference to the pedestrian bridge. Mayor McCarty asked that Page 4 of Exhibit 1 of Resolution 5119 be changed as follows: 11. Wetland; Wetland Buffer Area The wetland on the ONeil Property is protected by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (#171 W) and by the City of Mounds View Wetland Zoning District MOTION/SECOND: Koopmeiners/Quick to Approve Resolution No. 5119, Approving a General Concept Plan for the ONeil Property to Allow Development of Commercial Uses, 2430 Highway 10, AS AMENDED.
