Consideration of Resolution Na 5119, Approving a General Concept Plan for the O'Neil Property <br />to Allow Development of Commercial Uses, 2430 Highway 10. <br />Ms. Sheldon noted that this Resolution will indicate the Council's approval of the general layout of the <br />. development. This resolution will also approve the stipulations in Exhibit 1. She asked that the following <br />changes be made to Resolution No. 5119. The final paragraph should be changed to read as follows: <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does hereby approve the <br />general concept plan for the ONeil Property prepared by HLM Archit~ts and dated 2!1/97, subject to the <br />stipulations contained in Exhibit 1, and to the requirement that approval be obtained for a development stage <br />plan and final plan as provided in Section 1120.04, Subd. 3 and Subd. 4 of the Mounds View Municipal Code, <br />and with the following corrections to the general concept plan diagram: <br />1. make ParceLrA and B as restaurantsites; <br />2. remove the driveways of the North and South end of the site on Highway 10; <br />3 mark the driveway at the center as right in/right out; and <br />4. remove the reference to the pedestrian bridge. <br />Mayor McCarty asked that Page 4 of Exhibit 1 of Resolution 5119 be changed as follows: <br />11. Wetland; Wetland Buffer Area <br />The wetland on the ONeil Property is protected by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (#171 W) <br />and by the City of Mounds View Wetland Zoning District <br />MOTION/SECOND: Koopmeiners/Quick to Approve Resolution No. 5119, Approving a General Concept <br />Plan for the ONeil Property to Allow Development of Commercial Uses, 2430 Highway 10, AS AMENDED. <br />
