(This <br /> might take the form of the committee meeting minutes. ) <br /> Motion made by Chairman Doty that the recommended Guides and Respons- <br /> ibilities be accepted in principle to be used by each Chairman of the <br /> various committees. Seconded by Milan Illig. Vote: Unanimous. <br /> X. Bill Werner suggested that a specific date be established for all <br /> Committee meetings. Thereupon, a motion was made by Duane McCarty <br /> and seconded by Neil Loeding that the first Wednesday of each month <br /> at 7:00 P.M. be established as a regular meeting date for the various <br /> committees, such date subject to change by the Committee Chairman; <br /> however, such change of date to be posted at City Hall.
