As of July 19, 1979, the <br /> chairman accepted Doty's resignation, such resignation to be <br /> effective as of July 13, 1979, and presented the secretary with <br /> the letter of resignation. <br /> Reviewed Chapter 4, "Nominations and Elections", and Chapter 5, <br /> "Initiative, Referendum and Recall", of the proposed City Charter <br /> and made corrections and/or additions where necessary. (See <br /> attached. ) <br /> Section. 4.07.
