Motion made by Wally Skiba, seconded by Lowell Nygaard, to approve the <br /> meeting Minutes of June 27, 1979, as written. Carried unanimously. <br /> IV. Meeting recessed by the chairman for 15 minutes in favor of the Drafting <br /> and Phraseology Committee. <br /> • <br /> V. Meeting reconvened at 7:55 P.M. <br /> • VI. Special Meeting Minutes of July 11, 1979, reviewed. <br /> Addition made to Item V. Vote to read: (7) Ayes - - (1) Nay. <br /> Addition made to Item VI. Vote to read: (7) Ayes - - (1) Nay. <br /> Correction in Item X. Sixth line to read: "All members of the M.V. City <br /> Council, and the City Attorney." (strike the word 'including' ). <br /> Carol Ziebarth noted that she was absent from the meeting; however, she <br /> requested that the minutes show that she objects to Item #V of the minutes. <br /> Also, the minutes to show that she objects to the change in Quorum require- <br /> ment as indicated in Item GI. <br /> Thereupon, a motion was made by Neil Loeding, seconded by Dick Lykke, that <br /> the minutes be approved, as amended.
