Thomas has spoken with the Minnesota Public Utilities <br /> Commission (MN PUC)AssociationShe found 128 cities in MN own <br /> utilities that require language similahapter 11. She is waiting for some — <br /> clarifying information from the MN PUC and local government staff at the <br /> state, but is recommending we leave the existing language in place since we <br /> don't know if will be necessary in the future. She will bring comparison <br /> language for review by members. <br /> d. Discussion of next months agenda items to include: <br /> i. Review of draft language for Chapter 7.06-7.08 <br /> ii. Review of any new information for Chapter 7.10-12 <br /> iii. Review Chapter 11 comparison language and general time line for <br /> category 3 items. <br /> iv.
