Regular Meeting of March 23, 1998: <br />Acting Mayor Koopmeiners noted that the last name of the Entertainment Chairman for the Mounds View <br />Festival, Inc. is Hall. (Page 8, Line 11) <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Stigney to approve the Minutes of the March 23, 1998 City Council Meeting <br />as presented. <br />VOTE: 4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />
