RESOLUTION NO. 9015 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ONE-TIME APPROPRIATION OF UP TO $9,800 FOR <br />CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT POSITION <br />WHEREAS, the administrative assistant position provides support to the City <br />Administrator; and <br />WHEREAS, this position has evolved to a part-time position with duties still being <br />finalized; and <br />WHEREAS, the estimate of 12 hours per week in the original funding resolution <br />has proved to insufficient to ensure completion of workload. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves an one-time additional allocation of up to $9,800 to enable continuous <br />employment of the administrative assistant thru the end of calendar year 2018. <br />ATTEST:, <br />(seal); <br />Adopted this 10th day of September, 2018. <br />Carol A.
