North Suburban Communications Commission Cable Study <br />CTV - Services, Value & Importance <br />Respondents who said they had watched a program on a channel delivered by CTV <br />were given a series of statements and asked to grade how well each statement <br />described the services provided by CTV. An A,B,C,D,E grading scale was used with <br />an "A' meaning "extremely well" and an "E" meaning "not at all." <br />In general, these respondents appear to have a high regard for CTV and the <br />services provided by the channels delivered by it. Two of the four statements tested: <br />provides programming that deals with local issues and provides a valuable <br />community service, received a grade of "A" or "B" from almost 60% of all viewers <br />(57.6% and 59%, respectively).
