Chapter 500 — Business Licensing <br />500 Something — Food Trucks — Maximum 21 days in any location. <br />General work needed to clarify and be consistent on who gets permitted and who gets licensed and <br />what the difference is between the 2. <br />502.03 Subd. 4 — Sunday Sales Licenses <br />Ordinance 925 updated for Micro Breweries and others August of 2016 <br />Need to verify if off -sale Sunday Liquor license language is needed. <br />502.03 Subd. 6 — Temporary On -Sale Intoxicating Liquors <br />Subd. 6. Temporary On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses: A temporary on -sale intoxicating <br />liquor license may be issued to a club or charitable, religious or other nonprofit organization <br />which has been in existence for at least three (3) years, a political committee registered under <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 10A.14 or a state university in connection with a social event within <br />the City sponsored by the licensee. The license may authorize the sale of intoxicating liquor on - <br />sale for not more than three (3) consecutive days. Such license will permit the licensee to <br />dispense intoxicating liquor at any civic event sponsored or approved by the City. The license <br />may provide that the licensee may contract for intoxicating liquor catering services with the <br />holder of a full year on -sale intoxicating liquor license issued by the City or any adjacent <br />municipality. Licenses under this subdivision are not valid unless first approved by the <br />Commissioner. Proof of financial responsibility is required in accordance with Code Section <br />502.07, subdivision 1.
