Investigation: Upon receipt of each application and payment of the fee, it shall be <br />referred to the Chief of Police, who shall immediately institute such investigation of the <br />applicant's business and moral character as he deems necessary for the protection of the public <br />good and shall endorse the application in the manner prescribed in this Section within thr <br />seven 7 business days after it has been filed by the applicant with the City Administrator. <br />(Amended, Ord. 834, 10-10-09; Ord. 844, 5-20-10) <br />Subd. 2. Which, raises the point, do we want to Amend Chapter 100 to include our retention <br />schedule which is the State of MN Retention Schedule (that is what we follow). <br />505.01 License Required — <br />505.01: LICENSE REQUIRED: Every person who owns or operates any place of business <br />enumerated in this Chapter 505 shall procure, annually, on July 1, or at the time of commencing <br />such business, a license from the Clerk or their designee.
