Page 15 <br />June 22, 1998 <br />Mounds View City Council <br />Administrator Whiting reviewed the City's participation in the League of Minnesota Cities <br />gathering held in Duluth last week. Mounds View staff had meet with members of the Spring <br />Lake Park City Council, who were also in attendance, and issues were discussed that will be <br />brought up at a later Council work session. <br />Attorney Long told the Council that Mounds View, through the City Attorney, had asked for a <br />30-day layover from the MAC in their consideration of the Anoka County Airport <br />Redevelopment. MAC turned down the request but the Metropolitan Council offered to hear <br />arguments in July. <br />Council Member Quick had no report. <br />Acting Chairperson Koopmeiners had no report. <br />9.
