Mr. Sawyer has <br />been employed by the City for four (4) months (March 19, 2018). Attached is <br />Resolution 9001, which authorizes severance to Mr. Sawyer in accordance with the <br />City’s Personnel Manual. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Section 3.47 of the personnel manual provides for payout of unused vacation and <br />comp-time hours. Employees with less than two years of service are not eligible for <br />payout of sick time hours. Mr. Sawyer resigned with 29.88 hours of vacation.
