The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into a contract with Rainbow Treecare to perform Ash tree injections <br />for designated City owned trees and provide the same service to residents <br />for private ash trees in the City of Mounds View. Said contracts shall <br />expire on December 31, 2021. <br /> <br />5.
