CALL MEETING TO ORDER <br />The Mounds View City Council was called to order by Mayor McCarty at 7:00 p.m., on October <br />26, 1998. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor McCarty, Council Members Gunn, Koopmeiners, Stigney, and <br />Quick. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mike Ulrich, Acting Clerk Administrator; Cari Schmidt, Assistant to the <br />Clerk Administrator; Rick Jopke; Community Development Director, Bruce Kessel, Finance <br />Director; Kevin Carroll Economic Development Coordinator; Bob Long, City Attorney; Steve <br />Dorgan, Housing Inspector and Dave Hix, Recording Secretary <br />ABSENT: Chuck Whiting, Clerk Administrator (excused). <br />3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A. October 13, 1998, City Council Meeting Minutes <br />Mayor McCarty asked for corrections and/or additions to the October 13, 1998, City Council <br />Meeting Minutes. <br />Stigney offered the following correction: On Page 10, correct the spelling of the name "Conklin" <br />to "Coughlin." <br />MOTION/SECOND: Koopmeiners/Stigney to approve the October 13, 1998 City Council <br />Meeting Minutes as published and amended. <br />VOTE: Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 The motion carried. <br />4.
