SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS <br />A. Certificate of Appreciation for Keith Anderson -Minnesota Technology Teacher of the <br />Year <br />Acting-Mayor Koopmeiners awarded a Certificate of Appreciation from the City of Mounds <br />View to Mr. Anderson for his work in achieving The Minnesota Technology Teacher of the Year <br />award. <br />Keith Anderson accepted the award and told the Council that he was proud to be a teacher in <br />and resident of Mounds View. <br />B. Certificate of Appreciation for Mike Hanson -American Truck Driving Association's <br />Professional Truck Driving Championship <br />Acting-Mayor Koopmeiners awarded a Certificate of Appreciation to Mike Hanson for his <br />efforts in winning the American Truck Driving Association's Professional Truck Driving <br />Championship, 1st place in the "Flatbed Division." Mike Hanson is an employee of SYSCO, a <br />business located in the City of Mounds View. <br />5. CONSENT AGENDA <br />A.
