Approval of resolution number <br />5305, a resolution approving a minor subdivision of 8444 <br />Greenwood Drive, requested by Dan Danielson, representing <br />property owners Ernest and Marlene Danielson. <br />Mr. Stigney offers an amendment. Stipulations covered in the <br />resolution. <br />Mayor Coughlin would like to make this official, and add this to <br />the resolution. <br />VOTE: Ayes - 5. Nays-0. Motion carries. <br />ITEM 9F <br />Consideration of approval of Edgewood realignment, trunk Highway <br />10, signal plans, and specifications. <br />Rick Jopke stated: Mayor and members of the council, the <br />previous Council has authorized STH to pursue with the <br />Mounds View City Council <br />January 25, 1999 <br />Page 10 <br />development of the plans to specifications for the realignment of <br />Edgewood Drive, adjacent to City Hall and construction of the new <br />signalized intersection on Highway 10 to line up and continue on <br />• through the theater property across the street. This matter has <br />been discussed previously at a work session in general terms. <br />
