Park and Recreation commission membership to nine members, <br />• amending chapter 405.02, subparagraph one, of the Mounds <br />View municipal code. <br />Mr. Marty requested removal of item A and D. <br />Mr. Quick requested item C be removed. <br />Motion/Second: Marty/Stigney. Approve items B, E, F and G of <br />Mounds View City Council <br />January 25, 1999 <br />Page 3 <br />the consent agenda. <br />VOTE: Ayes - 5. Nays - 0. <br />Mr. Marty stated on page one, item 12704, account number. Mr. <br />Marty questions the use of Air Touch Cellular phone use. <br />Communication can be done by radio. <br />Mr. Marty questions check number 12649, law enforcement labor. <br />Union dues January 1. Mr. Marty requests information on that, <br />• too. <br />ITEM 6A <br />Motion/Second: Stigney/Thomason. Motion to approve item 6A. <br />VOTE: Ayes - 5. Ayes - 0. Motion carries. <br />ITEM 6C <br />Motion/Second: Coughlin/Marty. Approval of resolution 5299. <br />Mr. Marty stated this is rewarding an individual for not <br />following through on a building permit and this action that the <br />Council will be taking will weaken the vote and make it more <br />difficult for staff to deal with such situations. <br />VOTE: Ayes - 4.
