Motion carries. <br />ITEM 9C <br />Mounds View City Council <br />January 25, 1999 <br />Page 6 <br />Consideration of hiring Carl New, consultant for the Council <br />staff retreat. <br />Carrie Schmidt stated: We received today a packet of information <br />from Carl New, a facilitator that has worked for the City of <br />Mounds View a few years back and who also spoke with the league <br />conference that three of our Council members were at this <br />weekend. The fees for Mr. New's services are $3500, plus <br />reimbursement for travel expenses and materials.
