Pursuant to a recent phone call from the League Attorney, <br />the Kampschroer matter has been settled and awaiting final paperwork from the <br />judge. The appeal period will start once the paperwork has been filed. Matter is <br />presently pending. <br />MU210-258: K.D. Matter. Consult with City staff regarding benefits. Matter is presently <br />pending. <br />MU210-259: Grgy v. City of Mounds View, et al. Review pleadings. Consult with City staff <br />regarding same. Prepare packet of <br />documents to be sent to Ramsey County regarding purchase of tax -forfeited <br />parcels. The County will be considering this matter at their June 26 County <br />Board meeting. Draft resolution approving contract for private development and <br />forward to City staff.
