ORDINANCE NO. 948 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 202.08, SUBDIVISION 1 OF THE MOUNDS <br />VIEW CITY CODE RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT CONTRACTS <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Title 200, Chapter <br />202 of the Mounds View City Code by deleting Section 202.08, subdivision 1 in its entirety and <br />replacing it with the following: <br />Subd. 1. Municipal Contracting Law; Advertisement for Bids: The municipal contracting <br />provisions of Minnesota Statutes, sections 471.345 and the advertising provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, section 429.041 are hereby adopted as if fully set forth herein. The versions of the <br />statutory provisions adopted herein are those that are in effect as of August 1, 2018. <br />SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force 30 days from and after its passage and <br />publication, in accordance with Section 3.09 of the City Charter. <br />Introduction and First Reading by the Mounds View City Council on July 9, 2018. <br />Second Reading and Adoption by the Mounds View City Council on July 23, 2018. <br />Publication Date: August 3Td, 2018. <br />Carol A.
