MEETING IS CALLED TO ORDER <br />2. ROLL CALL: Coughlin, Marty, and Stigney. <br />NOT PRESENT: Quick and Thomason. <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />A. Monday, August 23, 1999, City Council Agenda <br />• <br />Mayor Coughlin asked the Council if anyone would like to add items to the agenda. <br />City Administrator Whiting stated that Planning Associate Ericson indicated that Item F had <br />been resolved, and requested it be withdrawn from the present agenda. <br />City Administrator Whiting requested that Items I and J be modified to set the Public Hearings <br />for the September 13, 1999, City Council meeting. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Stigney. To Accept the August 23, 1999 City Council Agenda as <br />Presented, with the Withdrawal of Item F, the Modification of Items I and J, and Waiving the <br />Readings of All Resolutions and Ordinances Presently Under Consideration, Unless Otherwise <br />Specified By the Council. <br />Ayes - 3 <br />4.
