MEETING IS CALLED TO ORDER <br />2. ROLL CALL: Coughlin, Marty, Stigney, Quick and Thomason. <br />NOT PRESENT: None. <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />A. Monday, September 27,1999, City Council Agenda <br />Mayor Coughlin asked the Council if anyone would like to add items to the agenda. <br />Mayor Coughlin requested the addition of Item 10-E, to Authorize the Purchase of the Council <br />Chambers Projection System. He explained this would provide that the equipment is available <br />for the Truth in Taxation meeting. <br />Mayor Coughlin requested the addition of Item 10-F, to Ratify Previous Council Actions of the <br />August 23, 1999 City Council Meeting, during which, only three Council Members were present. <br />Mayor Coughlin requested these two items be considered prior to the Closed Session. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Marty. To Accept the September 27, 1999, City Council Agenda as <br />Amended, With the Addition of Items 10-E, Authorize the Purchase of the Council Chambers <br />Projection System, and 10-F, Ratify Previous Council Actions of August 23, 1999 City Council <br />Meeting, to Precede Item 10-G, Closed Session. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A. Monday, September 13,1999, City Council Minutes <br />Mayor Coughlin requested a correction to Page 1, Item 3, Motion, to include a comma after the <br />date "September 13," and to confirm the vote tally to indicate "Ayes 4, Nays 0, Motion <br />carried." <br />
