Contractor Licenses for Approval. <br />Mayor Coughlin asked the Council if anyone would like to remove Items for discussion. <br />Mayor Coughlin requested the removal of Items C, D, and E, from the Consent Agenda. He <br />stated these items were intended for inclusion on the EDA Consent Agenda. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Stigney/Marty. RESIDENTS REQUESTS AND COMMENTS FROM THE FLOOR <br />David Jahnke, 8428 Eastwood Road, stated he was concerned regarding the financial problems <br />of the golf course and the Community Center shower project. He noted Mayor Coughlin's <br />previously referenced scenario regarding "it takes a while to pay for a house," adding he had <br />thought about this. He suggested he could purchase a house, however, if he continued to <br />"throw" money at it, in time he would have so much money invested in the house, he would not <br />be able to get rid of it. He remarked he was concerned the City was "throwing" money at the <br />
