Section 5.05 new section to specify and clarify procedure and time allowed for voter <br /> requested ballot issues. <br /> 9. Section 5.06 clarify the process for Initiative and process time line. <br /> 10. Section 5.07 correct Council and staff procedure and correctly align ordinance <br /> process to voter requested referendum procedure. <br /> 11. Section 5.08 clarifies requirements for "Recall", time line for actions of Clerk- <br /> Administrator and Council. <br /> 12. Through-out the Chapter change Clerk/Administrator to "Clerk-Administrator" . <br /> 13. Section 5.09 (moved from old section 5.06) correct"electors" to "voters" and <br /> reference MN Statutory authority for Charter amendments. <br /> 14.
