The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Title 500, Chapter <br />504, Section 504.01, Subdivision 6 of the Mounds View Municipal Code by adding the double - <br />underlined material and deleting the s#ieken material as follows: <br />Subd. 6. EXCEPTIONS TO DEFINITIONS: For purposes of this Chapter, the terms <br />PEDDLER, SOLICITOR, and TRANSIENT MERCHANT shall not apply to: <br />a. Non-commercial door-to-door advocates. Nothing within this Section shall be <br />interpreted to prohibit or restrict non-commercial door-to-door advocates.
