Resolution 1085-18 <br />Page 3 <br />Residential <br />Goal 3: Encourage a creative approach to the use of land <br />and related residential development. <br />Policy c: The City will encourage the upgrade and expansion <br />of homes by providing flexible standards that <br />address the unique circumstances of expanding <br />existing single dwellings. <br />7. The use will not cause traffic hazards or congestion. <br />Finding: The use will not generate any additional traffic. <br />8. Adequate utilities, access roads, drainage and necessary facilities have been or <br />will be provided. <br />Finding: Adequate utilities and drainage exists. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission, based upon the above findings, recommends approval of a Conditional Use Permit <br />for an accessory building exceeding 952 square feet, as requested by Doug Watson, for property <br />at 2210 Bronson Dr., subject to the following conditions: <br />The applicant shall construct the addition onto the accessory building, consistent <br />with the site plan and elevation drawings date stamped July 27, 2018, and shall <br />apply for all necessary permits within one year of the date of approval of the <br />Conditional Use Permit. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission directs <br />staff to forward this resolution to the City Council prior to approval of the minutes. <br />Adopted this lst day of August, 2018 <br />ATTEST: <br />SEAL) <br />A Ka Klebsch, Chair <br />Jon Sevald, nner Supervisor
