Pursuant to Minnesota Statute § 410.05 subd.1-3, whereas an Order is required <br />for appointment for the term expiring October 31, 2018; <br />IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that WILLIARD DOTY, 3049 Bronson Drive, Mounds, <br />MN 55112 is appointed a member of the Mounds View Charter Commission for a term to expire <br />October 31, 2018; <br />IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED that: <br />THE COURT ADMINISTRATOR of the Second Judicial District shall immediately by <br />mail notify the members of the Mounds View Charter Commission notice of this appointment. <br />Additionally, the Court Administrator shall notify by mail the appointee of this Order and his <br />individual responsibility to file the Oath.
