RESOLUTION 7115 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Approving an Amusement Devices and Centers Business License for <br />Premier Game Company, Doing Business at The Mermaid <br />2200 County Highway 10 <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved <br />by the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, Premier Game Company will be providing amusement <br />devices (arcade type of games) to The Mermaid located at 2200 County Highway <br />10 in Mounds View; and <br />WHEREAS, Premier Game Company has completed their application <br />materials along with their Certificate of Insurance and paid appropriate fees; and <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of Premier Game Company's <br />Amusement Devices and Centers Business License. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve Premier Game Company Amusement Devices and <br />Centers Business License in order to provide amusement games to The Mermaid <br />located at 2200 County Highway 10 in Mounds View. <br />Adopted this th day of August, 2007 <br />r~ ` --__ <br />Rob Marty, Mayor <br />r <br />ATTEST: <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
