RESOLUTION 7141 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING A CONTRACT FOR DOOR REPLACEMENT AT <br />TREATMENT PLANT No. 1 <br />WHEREAS, Water Treatment Plant No. 1 was constructed in 1991, and <br />WHEREAS, the doors that were used are in poor condition and hard to <br />secure, and <br />WHEREAS, Staff has solicited quotes from qualified contractors, and <br />WHEREAS, Staff has received the lowest quote from DNR Construction <br />Services, Incorporated, for $17,846.00 plus tax. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. That a contract with DNR Construction Services, Incorporated for <br />17,846.00 + tax is hereby approved. <br />2. That the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and <br />directed to enter into a contract with DNR Construction Services, <br />Incorporated. <br />3.
