RESOLUTION NO. 7118 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />(CUP} FOR AN OVERSIZE GARAGE TO BE LOCATED AT 2932 WOODALE DRIVE, <br />PLANNING CASE CU2006-007 <br />WHEREAS, Brian and Laura Krystofiak requested approval of a Conditional Use <br />Permit to build an oversize garage on their property at 2932 Woodale Drive; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission approved the CUP request on August 2, <br />2006 (Resolution 849-06), and the City Council approved the CUP request on August 14, <br />2006 (Resolution 6901); and, <br />WHEREAS, both resolutions of approval articulate a deadline of August 14, 2007, <br />by which the garage is to be constructed or the CUP approval is to be considered null and <br />void; and, <br />WHEREAS, the resolutions provide for an extension mechanism which the <br />Krystofiak's are presently exercising. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Mounds View City Council, based upon <br />its review of the written request submitted by Brian Krystofiak, does hereby grant an <br />extension for the Conditional Use Permit approval from August 14, 2007 to August 14, 2008. <br />Adopted this 23~d day of July, 2007. <br />f <br />~~,. <br />'----~ <br />R ~ Marty, ayor <br />ATTEST <br />~~ <br />Kurt Ulrich <br />City Clerk /Administrator <br />(SEAL) <br />
