RESOLUTION NO. 7075 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RECOGNITION OF LEVEL C CERTIFICATION IN THE MOUNDS VIEW <br />PROPERTY MAINTENANCE AND CRIME PREVENTION PROGRAMS <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance 731 was adopted in 2004 and recognizes rental properties for the <br />successful completion of property maintenance and fire prevention inspections and pro-active <br />implementation of crime prevention activities; and <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance 731 established tlu-ee levels of participation in a voluntary property <br />maintenance and crime prevention program; and <br />WHEREAS, Woodlawn Terrace Apartments is professionally managed by Spectnam PropeiTy <br />Management; and <br />WHEREAS, Spectrum property management has successfully completed the necessary <br />requirements established in the voluntary certification program, including regular attendance at the <br />New Brighton/Mounds View Property Managers' Coalition; successful completion of property <br />maintenance and fire prevention inspections and implementation of proven crime prevention <br />techniques. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council ofthe City ofMounds View, <br />recognize Spectrum Property Management and Woodlawn Terrace Apartments for achieving Level <br />C certification in the Mounds View Property Maintenance and Crime Prevention Program. <br />Adopted this 3`d day of April, 2007. <br />ATTEST: <br />o/ _Rob Marty, Mayor <br />Councilmember Mueller Coyr~cilmember Sti ey <br />L.~~~~~f~l~ <br />Councilmember Hull <br />~~--~ <br />Kurt Ulrich, <br />City Clerk /Administrator <br />
