RESOLUTION 7086 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT <br />RIDER WITH THE BOARD OF WATER COMM1SS1ONERS OF THE CITY OF <br />SAINT PAUL FOR WORK ASSOCIATED WITH THE COUNTY ROAD 10 <br />TRAILWAY PROJECT: SEGMENTS 9&1d <br />WHEREAS, as part of the work activities associated with the County Road <br />10 Trailway Project: Segments 9&10, the City will be crossing the former County <br />Road Iright-of-way with a 10' wide bituminous trailway; and <br />WHEREAS, at this location, the Saint Paul Regional Water Services has <br />easements, which contain two large sixty inch (60") water mains; and <br />WHEREAS, as part of the permit requirements, the City must construct an <br />eight-inch (8") concrete slab as part of the roadway surface where it intersects <br />the easement containing these large water mains to protect them; and <br />WHEREAS, to ensure that the City follows through on installation of these <br />concrete slabs and all work is performed in accordance with good engineering <br />practices, the Saint Paul Regional Water Services is requiring the execution of a <br />"Thirteenth Rider to Agreement." <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mounds View City Council <br />of the City of, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. That the Thirteenth Rider to Agreement with the Board of Water <br />Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul for work associated with <br />the County Road 10 Trailway Project: Segments 9&10, is hereby <br />approved. <br />2. That the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized to <br />execute said rider agreement. <br />3.
