RESOLUTION 7078 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO SIGN THE ADDENDUM TO <br />THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHWEST COOPERATIVE FOR <br />GROUP INSURANCE <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is a member of the Southwest Cooperative <br />joint powers group insurance pool; and <br />WHEREAS, the State Legislature has enacted changes that require an addendum <br />to the joint powers agreement to be compliant with state law; and <br />WHEREAS, the changes are beneficial to the City. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council authorizes the City <br />Administrator to sign the addendum on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted this 14'" day of May 2007 <br />ATTEST: ""'- <br />Rob M rty, Mayor <br />~~ ~- <br />(SEAL) <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br />
